I may be exhausted ( busy week, bad day yesterday..) but..trumpets please least I lost a kilogram...2.2lbs for my US friends.

My eating hasn't been great but I have tried to watch portions and continue to workout. Obviously with some success.

A loss of weight, good news on the scales, can make up for a multitude of bad days and for an exhausted TGIF grumpiness..

Don't you think?

Please pray for me, I am trying to lose weight, but I am not as committed to exercise as you are, and I KNOW that I need it:(

Fantastic, particularly as you did have such a busy week and stressful Thursday.This is when it is so difficult to resist comforting foods. How did council react?

Chris, I'm still waiting to hear from them ( ouch!). Molly - can you just make it a priprity, fun or not, to do 15 - 30 minutes every day? Like a non negotiable? That is how I started - the love came later. :-)

Way to go Leonie! I am in wk 3 of my new "Fit n 40" quest. I started of with 4 workouts per week but after awhile realised that I'm so terribly unfit that I dropped it to 3 workouts per week.

On wk 5 I'm going to add another walking/bike workout and take it up to 4 workouts until it becomes habit.

Good for you! You are such an inspiration.
