That movie cracks me up! I guess your hubby doesn't have to worry b/c you do Tabo! Did I spell that correctly? LOL!
I LOVE this quote, Leonie! And it is true-- at least the happy part, I don't know about the shooting husbands part.I meant to comment on your abs, too.. did I? Good job!I am getting some results, too. I have cleaned up my eating and am doing my strength training 2X a week and aerobics 5.. and fitting back into clothes I have been out of for a while. But, better than feeling 'thin', I am feeling strong. And healthy. And the boys are eating better and working out.So.. GO ENDORPHINS!btw, last night my PT instuctor emailed to ask how many push ups S could do.. since she offered him some ideas for exercises. Before could answer dh claimed he could do 100 when he was in high school and could do 20 now.. so he dropped down and did!Not bad for an old man (he said grinning) and the boys rolled thier eyes.. lol
MB - the movie cracks me up, too - esp her video portfolio for Harvard. :-)And I know about endorphins but not about shooting my dh! lol! I'm with you, Cindy - endorphins rock.Thats why I love my cardio even more than strength work.Congrats on the clothes!
