I am trying to!
It has been a bad year for workouts - what with the parasite, blood clots, surgery, busy weeks and now the flu, it seems like forever since I last did a hard kill-yourself Advanced Taebo. Sigh.
I'm still working out but my workouts have to be modified cos of my coughing. So, what am I doing?
Walking. Trying to walk away the flu.
Today I did part of Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Walk - I did 3 miles ( approx 5km) , one mile with hand weights, one with a resistance band and one fast walk. About 40 or 45 minutes worth of walking.
Feels good to be moving, to get in some cardio and strength, even if it is not high impact. Makes me feel like I am keeping those insidious fat cells in check!
