I am getting more into the weights this week - determined to lose these last 30 lbs. I like the strong, fit feeling, too. Makes me more energectic with the kids - I iceskate, try to skateboard :-), play footy or basketball. What are you doing with the personal trainer? And are you still Jazzercising?
Hi-Yes, I like the feeling of stength, too. I would like to lose about 25-30 lbs, too.. what I have put on the past 8 years...I am Jz 4 to 5 days a week and added on the PT which is offered through Jz. I have an awesome instructor, who by the way is also now a dogsit customer! We wish we could find a way to barter services.. but the PT goes through the Jz company.I am finding that the aerobics alone was not getting me what I wanted.. but after about 5 weeks of mon and fri PT I am firming and getting smaller. I am not as concerned about the actual weight number as just feeling trimmer and fitting into a size to make shopping easier. I really look forward to the PT workouts.. it was my gift to myself to reduce stress when were were moving.. and now is my gift to myself for not moving! TMI? Good luck with your goals, too. And yes, I want to feel slim and stronger so I can play tennis with the boys, etc.. and not lumber across the court. lol
