Paella and bread

I enjoyed the paella , last night's "Spanish" dinner for St Teresa of Avila.

But it was not a hit with family and friends.

Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

( The paradoxes of life ~ When it comes to cooking, I lose more than I win ; when it comes to weight loss, I gain more than I lose - but that's a whole 'nother story! ).

I never have liked Paella but tht's just me! And I love the paradox ... the other rule is the longer it takes to make, the quicker the kids eat it!

Yum, Kristene - I'll get my own private soup!! lol!

Mary - your paradox is really a truth - definitely amazing how something that takes an hour to prepare gets eaten in 10 minutes. If I'm lucky. Usually it sits in the fridge for a week before being thrown out, cos no one liked it....
